    Are Selling those UMAT cd's online illegal

    I purchased this UMAT cd online (from a similar site to ebay). It didn't seem original. Seemed like someone had copied all the files from the original CD into another. Is this considered illegal? IF yes, how much trouble would one get into?

    Probably yes if it's copyrighted. Hard to say how much trouble - but if the companies takes action especially if many copies have been sold - one could get into quite a lot of trouble

    Yes. Selling pirated materials is illegal. If you sell on ebay, you can easily be caught because ebay has all your personal information.

    I agree it is a problem if it is copy righted. I don't think you as the purchaser has any legal obligation but he seller might come into some problem
