I can't seem to find any practice exams or umat style tests online :P. (Sorry moderators about the thread that I recently made, I totally forgot that you had to register to get the answers!). I great idea that I thought of though, was to go onto the boardofstudies website and try some of the year 10 certificate exams to practice for the Section 1 part. It's excellent practice with provided answers and a timer.

anyways back on the topic. The things you can do in section 3 is to practice logic puzzles. Even if irrelevant, I think anything that can improve your visual-spatial orientation will help.
When you have said you have run out of practice material, what have you been using? If you haven't gone over all the answers, then cover up the answer and retry them.
